HRH Dr. Nana Andam is the founder and chief executive officer of OS Petro, a US based Oil and Gas company. Dr. Andam is an inventor, technologist, serial entrepreneur, and an investment visionary whose leadership commitments to OS Petro has led the company into becoming a major indigenous Oil and Gas company in the emerging markets we focus on around the globe. Dr. Andam has dedicated his knowledge base towards the mission of OS Petro and has led the company in driving change in the Oil and Gas sector by innovating new resource solutions for seismic studies, geological review methodologies that simplifies and reduces time to market for exploration companies, and prospecting of oil and gas field opportunities both offshore and onshore and terrains that were mostly ignored because of the lack of technological resources to undertake such projects.
Dr. Andam has founded several companies including WorldVuer, Inc., a technology company that develops proprietary technologies for the telecommunications sector with an innovation in bandwidth intensive data management, Sleek Media LTD which has a portfolio of globally recognized brands in the restaurant, entertainment, publishing, and retail sector, and Oicintra Inc., a power and mining resource company based out of Irvin, California with operating offices in New York City, Dubai, South Africa, and Ghana. Dr. Andam also founded Payodd transaction and remittance processing platform for money relay worldwide, XCINI Help Network which is an instant services provisioning company that delivers consumer needs across the world, Prolific Sports which is a talent and sports management agency focused on advisory services for athletes and performers worldwide, Beverly Air LTD, a real estate company with many portfolio assets under management, Andam Air LTD, an Aviation company, Scarlet Minor Chronicles, a books series published under the Andam Books brand, Pigocow LTD, an Agriculture company focused in Africa, and many innovative businesses across a spectrum of industries.
In addition to achieving his own entrepreneurial successes, Dr. Andam has fostered and facilitated the successes of several entrepreneurial Incubator initiatives. He has also been a lead advocate for Africa and has been advising investment funds to direct their capital into Africa’s virgin markets. Over the course of his career Dr. Andam has worked with and consulted for numerous large corporate entities in the telecom sector. Recognizable names on Dr. Andam’s resume include the likes of NTTDoCoMo, Virgin Mobile, Sprint, Telstra, Vodacom, and Telus Geomatics in the telecom sector, Tahitian Noni, AGEL, Dubli, and Maakoa in the food and beverage sector, and many more in the general innovation and education sector.
Dr. Andam started his technology career working in the Windows division of Microsoft. He is also an accomplished athlete who participated in several track and field competitions worldwide including the Sydney Olympics in the year 2000.

Mr. Michael Sutton, Co-Founded OS Petro with longtime friend and business partner H.E. Nana Andam I in 2011 and together have quickly secured significant assets under management in the African Countries of Ghana, Nigeria, and Namibia, positioning the company for major contributions in the Oil & Gas sectors in the coming years. With Michaels lead generation skills and his ability to establish valuable networks within the various industries that he has relationships within, OS Petro has now grown into a recognized brand in the Oil and Gas sector.
Mr. Sutton is also a Partner at SEV Global, a Singapore based private equity fund that hold OS Petro as part of its portfolio companies. Mr. Sutton led the SEV Global teams’ entry into the entertainment and natural resource sector with his unique set of skills in entertainment networking and his intricately woven Entertainment driven background and Hollywood Celebrity filled rolodex. Notable accomplishments include a Daytime Emmy Nomination in the Best Supporting Actor category for his portrayal of Stone Cates on America’s beloved soap opera General Hospital and the fact that Michael has built one of the most exclusive niche brand marketing companies brandSUTTON second to none in leveraging relationships with celebrities and pop culture influencers making him one of LA’s most successful Restaurateurs & respected Social Tastemakers having created such brands as Xenii, The Lodge Steakhouse, Goa and Guys & Dolls. Michael is a partner and Chief Marketing Officer for Nana Andam’s Ghanaian mobile banking and remittance company Payodd.
Michael’s business acumen includes being a Certified California Realtor licensed at the prestigious Hilton & Hyland / CHRISTIE’S INTERNATIONAL brokerage firm in Beverly Hills and partner of Beverly Crest Developments as well as being a proud founding Member of the Next Generation Council for the Motion Picture & Television Fund.

His Majesty Nana Asafo Boakye III joins OS Petro as a member of the Board of Directors and a core contributor to the companies Small to Medium Enterprises oil and gas fields oversight team. HRH Asafo Boakye III provides both legal and accounting advice to funded developmental stage projects that the company undertakes within its portfolio. Legally known as Mr. Samuel Bevell Ackah, Nana brings to OS Petro over 25 years of expertise in executive management, accounting, and legal corporate governance practices. Before undertaking the task of becoming a board member, Nana worked with major enterprises in the maritime and shipping sector and has been instrumental in the execution of projects in the oil and gas sector of Ghana. He is a lawyer by profession and holds certification in accounting that makes him an asset for the growth of Side Equity.
Before joining the OS Petro Board of Directors, Nana served as CEO of Gemini Maritime in Ghana and sits on the board of Payodd, Inc. and Sleek Media Group LTD. Mr. Ackah also is the Monarch and Ruler of Sanzule in the Nzemah Kingdom in Western Ghana where the $7.9 Billion Eni project for their oil and gas production in Ghana is located.

Mr. McAllister has an impressive history of successful ventures in the incubation, startup, and growth-based business sector. Before becoming a limited partner at Side Equity, Mr. McAllister founded International Oil & Gas Holding Corp. (IOGHC), a mid-tier oil and gas company that focused on the development of oil fields in the Western United States of America. His success in the sector pursued by IOGHC endeared him further towards other entrepreneurial ventures which led to the founding of other companies including but not limited to Oicintra, Inc., which is a small cap publicly traded company focused on innovative energy solutions for small to medium enterprise businesses worldwide.
He most recently co-founded Mobile Wireless Security (MWLS), which offered wireless streaming video security solutions. Mr. McAllister orchestrated the market introduction of Mobile Wireless Securities video surveillance system and network products which pioneered the first mobile video surveillance platform in the United States. Further implementation and adaptation of the technology has become synonymous with global security and monitoring code and is utilized by major corporations and governments worldwide.
Prior to co-founding mobile wireless security, Mr. McAllister was president of Entertainment Direct TV, a content development media company which was acquired by Broadband Wireless International Corporation, where he served as co-Chairman and CEO. Mr. McAllister was CEO of Dudley Bernichi Diamonds in Cape Town, South Africa, exporting investment grade diamonds from South Africa to North America from 1998 through 2000.
Mr. McAllister developed his international business experience as a restaurateur and nightclub owner of five properties in Detroit, Toronto and Cape Town before embarking on the journey of supporting young and budding entrepreneurs across Africa and the world. Mr. McAllister attended the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Michael Tan Kuan Yew, currently hold the position the executive vice president of OS Petro. Before joining OS Petro, Michael held the position as Managing Partner of SEV GLOBAL Pte Ltd and is a key member of the company’s Investment Committee. The combined portfolios under Michael management have asset well over more than 45 billion USD and he still hold his position at the fund while helping build and grow OS Petro. Michael’s management expertise covers a wide spectrum of Industries from Technology, Oil & Gas, Banking & Finance, Retail, Manufacturing to Medical and Healthcare. Michael also serves as a director of OS Petro, a US based corporation, and works as the companies Managing Director of its African and Asian operations.
Michael recognizes the capital and expertise divide between the World and Africa and has focused his strengths on bridging the gap for the betterment of the Africa Continent. Born in Singapore but a descendant of Chinese and Mauritius origin, Michael is passionate in developing the African market and strongly believe in the growth of Africa’s market in the coming century.
Michael was also the Founding Partner of Virtue Partners Capital Pte. Ltd and invested in Telecom, Internet, and Mobile application companies where he was responsible of investment portfolio exceeding 300 million USD. Michael holds an Honor Degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and is the winner of the Li Jie Industrial Development Medal from the same University with his pioneering research work in Neural Network (Adaptive Resonance Theory) where he developed a Mathematical and computational model for implementation in Super Computing.

Currently, Mrs. Anita Andam is the Chief Financial Officer of OS Petro and leads that company’s investment and acquisitions strategy team. With her vast experience in banking and finance, Mrs. Andam has been instrumental in shaping OS Petros growth strategy since 2013 to date. Before joining the OS Petro team, Mrs. Andam worked as the Operations Director for SEV Global and has been in this position since February 2016. Before joining SEV Global, she was the Managing Director and CEO of XPAT CONSULT.
Mrs. Anita Andam holds an MBA in Project Management from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. She also holds a BSc in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She has also attended and participated in many international conferences. She has worked with Grafitec Limited as a marketing manager and Bank of Africa (formerly Amalgamated Bank) in varied fields ranging from business development, relationship management, customer service and public sector development.

Mr. Cuttino Mobley

Cuttino Mobley, also known as the “Cat” by his peers, is a retired American Professional Basketball Player and an advisory member of Side Equity’s incubation projects team. Mr. Mobley has worked with the company’s incubation projects management team on the growth of many of the portfolio projects that are currently being built into medium level enterprises. Mr. Mobley after high school attended the University of Rhode Island from 1993 to 1998 where he helped lead the Rams team to an Elite Eight appearance in the 1998 NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Tournament and graduated with a degree in communication studies.
He was selected in the second round (41st overall) of the 1998 NBA Draft by the Houston Rockets. Mobley started at the shooting guard position, where he and Steve Francis formed one of the NBA’s elite scoring backcourts. Mobley was a key in the rebuilding of the franchise. He played with them for six seasons before being shipped to the Orlando Magic along with Steve Francis and Kelvin Cato for Tracy McGrady in the 2004 offseason. After playing 23 games with the Magic, though, he was traded to the Sacramento Kings for Doug Christie. Mobley ranked third in the league in three-point percentage during the 2004–2005 season.
He signed a five-year US$42 million deal with the Clippers on July 14, 2005. Besides being known for his three-point shooting, he also relies heavily on his post-up game. In addition, he also won the Clutch City shootout contest in Houston during his Rockets years. Mobley, along with Sam Cassell and Elton Brand, led the Clippers to the 2006 NBA playoffs. He brings a great level of experience to OS Petro and is contributing to the company’s portfolio management relations worldwide with his celebrity status.
