Founder/CEO

HRH Dr. Nana Andam is the founder and chief executive officer of OS Petro, a US based Oil and Gas company. Dr. Andam is an inventor, technologist, serial entrepreneur, and an investment visionary whose leadership commitments to OS Petro has led the company into becoming a major indigenous Oil and Gas company in the emerging markets we focus on around the globe. Dr. Andam has dedicated his knowledge base towards the mission of OS Petro and has led the company in driving change in the Oil and Gas sector by innovating new resource solutions for seismic studies, geological review methodologies that simplifies and reduces time to market for exploration companies, and prospecting of oil and gas field opportunities both offshore and onshore and terrains that were mostly ignored because of the lack of technological resources to undertake such projects.
Dr. Andam has founded several companies including WorldVuer, Inc., a technology company that develops proprietary technologies for the telecommunications sector with an innovation in bandwidth intensive data management, Sleek Media LTD which has a portfolio of globally recognized brands in the restaurant, entertainment, publishing, and retail sector, and Oicintra Inc., a power and mining resource company based out of Irvin, California with operating offices in New York City, Dubai, South Africa, and Ghana. Dr. Andam also founded Payodd transaction and remittance processing platform for money relay worldwide, XCINI Help Network which is an instant services provisioning company that delivers consumer needs across the world, Prolific Sports which is a talent and sports management agency focused on advisory services for athletes and performers worldwide, Beverly Air LTD, a real estate company with many portfolio assets under management, Andam Air LTD, an Aviation company, Scarlet Minor Chronicles, a books series published under the Andam Books brand, Pigocow LTD, an Agriculture company focused in Africa, and many innovative businesses across a spectrum of industries.
In addition to achieving his own entrepreneurial successes, Dr. Andam has fostered and facilitated the successes of several entrepreneurial Incubator initiatives. He has also been a lead advocate for Africa and has been advising investment funds to direct their capital into Africa’s virgin markets. Over the course of his career Dr. Andam has worked with and consulted for numerous large corporate entities in the telecom sector. Recognizable names on Dr. Andam’s resume include the likes of NTTDoCoMo, Virgin Mobile, Sprint, Telstra, Vodacom, and Telus Geomatics in the telecom sector, Tahitian Noni, AGEL, Dubli, and Maakoa in the food and beverage sector, and many more in the general innovation and education sector.
Dr. Andam started his technology career working in the Windows division of Microsoft. He is also an accomplished athlete who participated in several track and field competitions worldwide including the Sydney Olympics in the year 2000.

Mr. Michael Sutton, Co-Founded OS Petro with longtime friend and business partner H.E. Nana Andam I in 2011 and together have quickly secured significant assets under management in the African Countries of Ghana, Nigeria, and Namibia, positioning the company for major contributions in the Oil & Gas sectors in the coming years. With Michaels lead generation skills and his ability to establish valuable networks within the various industries that he has relationships within, OS Petro has now grown into a recognized brand in the Oil and Gas sector.
Mr. Sutton is also a Partner at SEV Global, a Singapore based private equity fund that hold OS Petro as part of its portfolio companies. Mr. Sutton led the SEV Global teams’ entry into the entertainment and natural resource sector with his unique set of skills in entertainment networking and his intricately woven Entertainment driven background and Hollywood Celebrity filled rolodex. Notable accomplishments include a Daytime Emmy Nomination in the Best Supporting Actor category for his portrayal of Stone Cates on America’s beloved soap opera General Hospital and the fact that Michael has built one of the most exclusive niche brand marketing companies brandSUTTON second to none in leveraging relationships with celebrities and pop culture influencers making him one of LA’s most successful Restaurateurs & respected Social Tastemakers having created such brands as Xenii, The Lodge Steakhouse, Goa and Guys & Dolls. Michael is a partner and Chief Marketing Officer for Nana Andam’s Ghanaian mobile banking and remittance company Payodd.
Michael’s business acumen includes being a Certified California Realtor licensed at the prestigious Hilton & Hyland / CHRISTIE’S INTERNATIONAL brokerage firm in Beverly Hills and partner of Beverly Crest Developments as well as being a proud founding Member of the Next Generation Council for the Motion Picture & Television Fund.

Mr. Michael Tan Kuan Yew, currently hold the position the executive vice president of OS Petro. Before joining OS Petro, Michael held the position as Managing Partner of SEV GLOBAL Pte Ltd and is a key member of the company’s Investment Committee. The combined portfolios under Michael management have asset well over more than 45 billion USD and he still hold his position at the fund while helping build and grow OS Petro. Michael’s management expertise covers a wide spectrum of Industries from Technology, Oil & Gas, Banking & Finance, Retail, Manufacturing to Medical and Healthcare. Michael also serves as a director of OS Petro, a US based corporation, and works as the companies Managing Director of its African and Asian operations. Michael recognizes the capital and expertise divide between the World and Africa and has focused his strengths on bridging the gap for the betterment of the Africa Continent. Born in Singapore but a descendant of Chinese and Mauritius origin, Michael is passionate in developing the African market and strongly believe in the growth of Africa’s market in the coming century.
Michael was also the Founding Partner of Virtue Partners Capital Pte. Ltd and invested in Telecom, Internet, and Mobile application companies where he was responsible of investment portfolio exceeding 300 million USD. Michael holds an Honor Degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and is the winner of the Li Jie Industrial Development Medal from the same University with his pioneering research work in Neural Network (Adaptive Resonance Theory) where he developed a Mathematical and computational model for implementation in Super Computing.

Cuttino Mobley, also known as the “Cat” by his peers, is a retired American Professional Basketball Player and an advisory member of Side Equity’s incubation projects team. Mr. Mobley has worked with the company’s incubation projects management team on the growth of many of the portfolio projects that are currently being built into medium level enterprises. Mr. Mobley after high school attended the University of Rhode Island from 1993 to 1998 where he helped lead the Rams team to an Elite Eight appearance in the 1998 NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Tournament and graduated with a degree in communication studies.

He was selected in the second round (41st overall) of the 1998 NBA Draft by the Houston Rockets. Mobley started at the shooting guard position, where he and Steve Francis formed one of the NBA’s elite scoring backcourts. Mobley was a key in the rebuilding of the franchise. He played with them for six seasons before being shipped to the Orlando Magic along with Steve Francis and Kelvin Cato for Tracy McGrady in the 2004 offseason. After playing 23 games with the Magic, though, he was traded to the Sacramento Kings for Doug Christie. Mobley ranked third in the league in three-point percentage during the 2004–2005 season.

He signed a five-year US$42 million deal with the Clippers on July 14, 2005. Besides being known for his three-point shooting, he also relies heavily on his post-up game. In addition, he also won the Clutch City shootout contest in Houston during his Rockets years. Mobley, along with Sam Cassell and Elton Brand, led the Clippers to the 2006 NBA playoffs. He brings a great level of experience to OS Petro and is contributing to the company’s portfolio management relations worldwide with his celebrity status.

Mrs. Anita Andam

Currently, Mrs. Anita Andam is the Chief Financial Officer of OS Petro and leads that company’s investment and acquisitions strategy team. With her vast experience in banking and finance, Mrs. Andam has been instrumental in shaping OS Petros growth strategy since 2013 to date. Before joining the OS Petro team, Mrs. Andam worked as the Operations Director for SEV Global and has been in this position since February 2016. Before joining SEV Global, she was the Managing Director and CEO of XPAT CONSULT.

Mrs. Anita Andam holds an MBA in Project Management from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. She also holds a BSc in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She has also attended and participated in many international conferences. She has worked with Grafitec Limited as a marketing manager and Bank of Africa (formerly Amalgamated Bank) in varied fields ranging from business development, relationship management, customer service and public sector development.

Mr. Johnson is focused on the contracting and partnership trade executions for OS Petro and is a key member of our products and services management core. OS Petro is very excited about his years of experience in trade and commerce that he brings to our dynamic team of executives.

Mr. Kobe is a results-driven cybersecurity leader with over a decade of experience in designing and implementing robust information security programs that protect organizational assets and enable business growth. He had been an instrumental team executive of the company since its inception and has contributed immensely to the development of the company's security infrastructure and data room resources.

As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Kobe oversees enterprise-wide security strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance, risk management, and industry best practices. With a proven track record of securing digital infrastructures across diverse industries, Kobe specializes in developing scalable security architectures, leading incident response and threat intelligence operations, managing third-party risk and cultivating security awareness among employees. Kobe also has years of experience in real estate, sports and athletic development, NGOs and community management.

Founder and Former Chief Executive Officer of Sanjo Construction and The Sanjo Group of companies. Despite retiring from his role as CEO, Mr. Jose Sanchez continues to concentrate on fostering the growth of innovative technologies within the construction and pharmaceutical industries.

He now channels his expansive expertise into the OS Petro team, where he serves as a Board Member and the Executive Vice President of Global Operations. His inclusion strengthens the entrepreneurial wellspring of the company, leveraging his over three decades of triumphs in business growth with the Sanjo group.

Renowned for his inherent leadership capabilities and his keen focus on analytical thinking and systematic business process management, Mr. Sanchez imparts to OS Petro an authoritative viewpoint on administrative supervision. His involvement is set to catalyze substantial growth, notably as the company sets its sights on expanding into the Southern African energy sector.

Stephen has an extensive and successful track record in international commodity Trading and joins the OS Petro team with over 30 years’ experience in the FMCG, Bulk Commodity Trades and Oil & Gas.

Mr. Barton’s career highlights include being the Co-Founder of UK and South Africa’s powerhouse Brand Phoenix and development of the First Cape Wines (South Africa), which remains the largest ever export wine brand from South Africa selling over 660 million bottles in its first 10 years.

Stephen has also immense experience in the bulk trade of leading Commodities [ with specialism on Coconut Waters & Milks to leading US Distributors] as well as handling some of the highest volume Champagne lines in the UK during the 2000’s through core Major Retail relationships.

Over the last decade Mr Barton has focused particularly on Crude Oil Trading working alongside some Middle Eastern powerhouses such as the Al Janabi Oil Group and US Trade Partners in Chicago. The over-riding focus has been Trading BLCO off the Western Coast of Africa and developing an indelible trade pathway for OS Petro Inc. This operation in Ghana provides extreme security and on the ground management and control, from start for finish, with access to considerable volume.

Founder of Wish Group of companies and a successful entrepreneur in the textile and infrastructure development sector, Mr. Moulana joins the OS Petro team to lead our companies focused entry into the Sri Lanka energy sector. With the engagement of various stake holders within the industry, OS Petro in partnership with Wish Capital have been selected to build and operate a Gas Storage Plant under the leadership of Mr. Moulana. With his vast experience in the energy infrastructure development and product supply services, OS Petro is poised to become a major contributor to the expansion and growth of its brand in Sri Lanka.

Mr. Henry, an astute Oil and Gas sector financial executive joins the OS Petro team to boost our petroleum products division with his network of immense product allocation partners. A finance advisor in the energy and commodities sector with experience in petroleum trading, vessel operations, anchorage resources management, injection and discharge terminal management, and structured transactions management across West Africa and the United States. He Henry works with buyers, sellers, and mandates to facilitate the compliance and efficient transaction execution. As a corporate executive, Mr. Henry played a key role in raising funds for the Saltpond Oil Field in Ghana which was one of the first oil operating fields ever constructed. With his focus on transparency, execution and long-term relationships development, Mr. Henry brings to OS Petro a leadership value that is vital to the growth of our company.

Princess Anne Shek joins OS Petro as Senior Vice President of the company's global operations and also serves as an advisor to the board chairman. As an influential international business leader and philanthropist, recognized for her cross-border achievements and public welfare dedication, Princess Anne Shek brings a Rolodex of immense value to OS Petro. Her years in business has placed her in numerous leadership positions across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond, and she is renowned for her extensive business and diplomatic network.

Princess Anne Shek has held key leadership roles across international business and trade organizations. As CEO and Chairperson of Victory King Properties Limited since 1993, she has advised leading companies and individuals throughout Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on investment, fundraising, and the global promotion of advanced technologies. Her earlier career included senior advisory positions at major real estate firms, where she developed strong client relationships and managed high-value transactions. Today, her primary influence is reflected in her numerous chairmanships and advisory positions in influential associations spanning business, trade, and diplomatic sectors worldwide.
